Providing a healing space for lasting change

I help you identify and commit to your health priorities, so you can love yourself into better health and an outstanding life.

My mission is to create positive change in my community and in the world, one family at a time,
through mindful practices and nutrition coaching and education.

My guiding belief: As we grow more conscious of what we feed our bodies and our minds,
we can heal and deepen our relationship to ourselves, our loved ones, and the planet.

Your Health & Wellness Guide

Thais Harris, BCHN helps women love themselves into better health and an outstanding life.

She has successfully guided hundreds of people in their journey to optimal health, through her signature Reset group program, online courses, and individual + family wellness coaching at Nourish Together.

Thais is board-certified by the National Association of Nutrition Professionals and holds a certificate in Nutrition Consulting from Bauman College, in Berkeley, CA. She graduated from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, CA, and also attended the University of Southern Santa Catarina.

Thais taught Foundations and Therapeutic Nutrition at Bauman College, and has helped hundreds of students start their own nutrition practice.

She was the Nutrition Manager for the non-profit Ceres Community Project from 2013 to 2018, working directly with cancer patients (who were being served by the program) and with hundreds of teens (who were trained as chefs and gardeners, getting a “seed to healing meal” experience as they volunteered in the program). Clients at Ceres were also dealing with conditions such as COPD, congestive heart failure, and diabetes.

Thais has trained in Ayurveda, Amino Acid Therapy, and Nutrigenomics. She incorporates science-based east and west healing approaches, and focuses on each client’s unique needs based on their goals, preferences, DNA analysis, and current lab markers.

Bridging nutrition for the body and nourishment for the mind & heart.
