Eat foods that restore health and vitality now…

Here’s to Dr. Terry Wahls and the quest to regain health and vitality.┬áStart eating better today – don’t wait until you have to! Make the investment in you, your body, your brain, your energy, your life.

Start tracking your servings of vegetables (especially non-starchy veggies such as kale, chard, broccoli, cabbage, celery, etc…) and fruits (especially berries) and see if you can add up to 5 cups a day at first and then challenge yourself to raise that number to 9 cups a day, and then let me know how you feel…

I will be posting different ways to add those veggies daily here, so stay tuned.
