Each workshop session consists of a one-hour nutrition and wellness discussion, a one-hour culinary adventure and organic lunch, and one hour of ground-breaking communication exercises to help you improve the stories you tell yourself and enhance the way you communicate with others, especially your loved ones.

– Diet Allies: a deeper look into Health Boosters. Enhancing health with more vegetables, seaweed, mushrooms, fermented foods, herbs, spices, and practices

– Amazing lunch # 2: focusing on easy one-pot meals

– Relationship Allies: internal and external

Class 3: Practicing What We Preach

– Managing blood sugar and building a meal plan

– Interactive meal plan exercise

– Another amazing lunch: focus on healthy desserts

– Thriving Kit for couples: action plan and final remarks
